I can't believe it, but Henry is 7 months old today! I feel like I'm writing one of these monthly updates every other day.
Henry loves to go after the dog's food.
I swear he has clothes on more than this post makes it seem!
This month, the one word that sums up Henry is mobility. He is now fully mobile, much to my dismay. There is no sitting down for me anymore. He can crawl, pull to standing, sit up on his own, walk while we hold his hands, and even stand on his own for a couple seconds. Crazy town. I can't believe it. And let me tell you, now that he can move, he is one busy boy. Hen has some amazing ability to find the most dangerous thing in the room and head straight to it.

First taste of chicken...not a fan.
Watching some Yo Gabba Gabba. Also known as baby crack.
Henry continues to grow huge! Since we didn't have a doctor's appointment this month, I don't have updated stats. But he is now wearing size 3 cruiser diapers, and up to size 12 month clothes. Henry still nurses a ton, thanks to his reflux. But he is also eating solids twice a day, for breakfast and dinner. His favorite foods are oatmeal mixed with anything, pears, and green beans. This month Henry has learned to sign Mom and Dad (we are doing some basic baby sign language with him). He has also finally said "Dada." Morgan was thrilled! It is really cute.
Not happy about being put into leaves. We've tried a couple times, and he just hates it.
Hen's favorite things to do this month are pretty much anything that isn't specifically for babies. He loves to play with cellphones, the iPad, and remotes. He still loves going outside, and really loves the swings at the park. But he is NOT a fan of the leaves. He had a screaming meltdown when riding in the stroller through the leaves, and was super scared of being put into a pile of them. He also loves to play under things; under his exersaucer or jumper, or under beds.
I used the blow dryer on his hair. Haha. He loved it.
Henry is pulling up on everything, including the toy box, the couch, and his crib. Now if only he would learn not to just let go.
The registers are one of his absolute favorite things. I'm not sure if its because they are cold, or metal, or what. But Henry could spend hours sucking on these.
Henry is still struggling with acid reflux, and sleep has become very very rare. We are working with his doctor to change his reflux medication again. Henry has also mastered tantrums this month. If you take something away that he wants, we will get a full on flopping on the floor, head back, screaming fit. Fun times.
Obviously, still hates the car...
7 months, going to be a good one!
