My Favorite Montessori Bloggers

The more I have started to learn about and incorporate Montessori into my home and parenting, the more I realized that it was easy to get lost in the immense amount of resources available online. So many, in fact, that it is easy to become overwhelmed. Recently, I've been asked by a few different people for a list of my favorite online Montessori resources. So, thought I would share a list with everyone.

In no particular order, my favorite Montessori Blogs/Bloggers are:

Living Montessori Now  Living Montessori Now: Some of you may recognize this blog from my tot school posts. I link up with Montessori Monday. This site's resources are incredible to learn about the basics of Montessori and how to in all sorts of early learning. I could spend hours looking through all the blogs that link up on Mondays!

Montessori MOMents: Montessori at work in a home school setting. She has great ideas, especially for older kids.

Vibrant Wanderings: This blog has excellent information about Montessori principals and philosophy.

How We Montessori: Another home school site. I particularly love the information about setting up Montessori inspired spaces in your home.

Carrots are Orange: All sorts of interesting activities and ideas, plus information on Montessori principals.

Pinterest Linkup: Living Montessori Now has an excellent link up for Montessori bloggers where you can find tons of really amazing boards! Including Me

I'm of course forgetting a million awesome sites, but if you're interested in learning about Montessori, I think these are a really great place to start. And just to be clear, I have no affiliation with these blogs, just admiring their work!

Do you have any you would add to the list? Do you blog about Montessori or tot school? Leave a comment,  I love reading new blogs!

Thanks for Hesse! Just starting to think about this kind of stuff. Great starting point. Do you think that you will homeschool Hen?

I have heard of some of these, but there are a few new ones that I am interested in looking at! One I really enjoying digging in to and finding all the good stuff is - She hasn't posted anything extremely recently - I think MariAnn is on a blogging break for the time being - but she has SO many good things on there if you look back at past blogs that have been so inspiring for new things in my *just starting to get there finally* montessori-inspired homeschool routine. I think you will like looking through her past posts :)

M and I go back and forth about homeschool. But realistically, I don't think we will. I think we are both afraid of the social costs of homeschool more than anything. We are also fortunate enough to live in an area that has really good public schools that have resources far beyond what I could offer at home.
