Breaded Meatballs

I came across this recipe on Pinterest (of course). We have made it several times and it is just too good not to share!

I've modified the original recipe make these dairy free.

You'll need:

Meatballs: I use frozen pre-made ones, but any meatballs will work
Grands Flaky Biscuits
Italian Seasoning
Greased Pie Pan

To Make:

Preheat the oven to 350 (or whatever is recommended on the Grands package). Pull apart one of the Grands rolls to make two halves.

Place one whole meatball in the center of one half of the roll.

Fold the edges of the dough around the meatball.

Place the breaded meatball seam down in the pie pan.

Sprinkle the top of the meatballs with Italian seasoning.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

We enjoy this carb-fest with some pasta and pasta sauce. Delicious!

Do you heat the frozen meatballs first? Thanks!
